Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Coastal Valor are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Incorrect size selection
Dissatisfaction with color, fit, or style
Delayed delivery due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every piece in our collection. If you receive an item that is materially defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Your order number
A clear description of the defect or damage
Photographic evidence of the issue

Coastal Valor reserves the right to assess all claims and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability). This does not constitute a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in the permanent suspension of your Coastal Valor account and denial of future purchases. We encourage customers to contact us directly at coastalvalor@gmail.com. to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute with their financial institution.
